I started thinking, did I listen to Morrissey/Smith's in college because I was depressed, or was I depressed because I listened to Morrissey/Smith's..?

Depressing or not, the music is great. I used to listen to the Smiths or Morrissey when I was depressed, not then other way around. Music itself has never really depressed me, but it sure can lift me up!
